Our Mission
Past Time Heritage Farm, Inc. exists to preserve the legacy of small tobacco farming as practiced in Chatham County, N.C. and surrounding areas from the 1940s to the Post World War II 1970s. It also seeks to promote -- especially among farm family descendants -- an awareness and appreciation of the life-styles and family traditions of the men and women who shaped and were shaped by the occupation of farming in that period.
Who We Are
Past Time Heritage Farm is a privately-owned, 501(c)3, non-profit, educational and historical corporation which sponsors or supports projects and activities that preserve and display for private or public viewing, buildings, artifacts, practices and traditions of small tobacco farms in the region.
